How do I sign up for Nudj?
Sign up is easy and can be done directly on any brand’s Nudj community page. Choose your preferred sign-up method (email, social media accounts, etc.) and follow the prompts to get started.
- Is Nudj free to use?
Yes, Nudj is completely free for users. Start engaging with your favourite brands, participating in challenges, and earning rewards without any cost.
- How do I reset my password?
Great news - we don’t use passwords, so there’s nothing to remember! Your login will be either through an already respected authenticator (e.g. Google, Microsoft, etc.), the login method of the brand who the Nudj platform has been set up for, or via a magic link to your email inbox.
- Can I delete my account?
Yes, if you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team for assistance. Note that this action is permanent and will erase all your data from Nudj.
