All the terms you need to know for Nudj.

Action

An individual task or activity within a challenge that users are required to complete. Actions can range from liking a post, following an account on social media, watching a video, or submitting a piece of content. Each action contributes to the overall completion of a challenge and often earns users rewards and XP​​.

Achievements

Milestones or badges that users earn by completing challenges or consistently engaging with a brand. Achievements recognize users' efforts and progress, often unlocking additional rewards or higher levels of recognition within the community​.

Challenge

A structured task or series of tasks that users complete to engage with a brand. Challenges can involve a variety of actions, such as interacting with social media, attending events, or creating UGC. Successfully completing challenges often leads to earning rewards, XP, and achievements​​.

Community

A group of users within the Nudj platform who engage with a specific brand. The community is built around shared interests and activities, such as participating in challenges, sharing posts, and celebrating achievements. Fostering a strong community is key to enhancing user engagement and loyalty​.

Missions

A series of related challenges that users complete to achieve a broader goal. Missions are often used to guide users through a themed set of activities, encouraging sustained engagement over time. Completing a mission typically leads to significant rewards or achievements​.

Organisation

The highest level within the Nudj platform, used to structure and segregate data across different communities. An organisation encompasses multiple communities, allowing for data management, reporting, and analytics to be conducted at a broader level. This structure enables brands or large entities to manage multiple communities while maintaining a unified approach to user engagement​.

Post

A piece of content shared within a brand's community on the Nudj platform. Posts can include updates, news, articles, or user-generated content, and often serve as a medium for community interaction through likes, comments, and shares​.

Reward

Incentives given to users for completing challenges or actions. Rewards can include exclusive content, discounts, merchandise, or entries into prize draws. They are designed to motivate users and reinforce engagement with the brand​​.

UGC (User-Generated Content)

Content created and shared by users, such as photos, videos, reviews, or social media posts. UGC challenges encourage users to actively participate by creating content related to the brand, which can then be featured or highlighted within the community​​.

XP (Experience Points)

Points that users accumulate by completing challenges, actions, and engaging with the platform. XP tracks user progress and contributes to their ranking on leaderboards or towards unlocking achievements. The more XP a user earns, the more recognized and rewarded they become within the community​.
